SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer courier service, FedEx, DHL and Speed Post Hong Kong. Each option offers a different delivery date.  All options require time to process the order before shipping. We will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail stated with tracking numbers and estimated delivery time.

- Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days (Mon - Fri) if items are available.
- When item is out of stock, we will send an e-mail to you and advice the available date for you to consider if you’d like to proceed with the order.  If you decide not to wait, we will cancel the order without charges to your account.
- All orders do not include taxes and duties to the destination country.  Customers are responsible to any tax applied by customs or government offices.

** Additional shipping and handling charges applied to unusual size or weight.  We will send an e-mail to you to ask for your confirmation on additional charges charged by the shipping company.  Upon your approval your credit card is then charged and your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Your credit card will not be charged and your order will not be shipped until we receive a reply from you confirming the shipping charges.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We aim to despatch all goods within 5 business days of ordering. If you require a 'next day' delivery service your order must be placed before 12pm and an additional charge of HKD 100 will be made.

If stock is found to be unavailable at the time of ordering, customers will be notified and will have the option of a refund or to await re-stocking of the item.

We only supply our knives to persons over the age of 18 and all goods must be also be signed by a person over the age of 18, our couriers reserve the right to deliver the goods if no suitable adult is present. All deliveries must be thoroughly checked on arrival for damages that may have occurred during shipment. This is the responsibility of the consumer, we cannot accept liability for goods that are found to be damaged, after they have been signed for. Signing of the shipping companies receipt is a binding statement that the order arrived complete and in excellent condition.

AtKitchenware.com does not accept liability for any consequential loss, either direct or indirect, resulting from our ordering/stocking procedures or from ordering errors by customers.

If one is not received the parcel when courier delivers, they will leave a card with a contact number to arrange re-delivery. If you require a timed delivery this can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us to arrange this service.


EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Any goods found faulty within 30 days of purchase will either be refunded or replaced. Return of the goods to us will be at our expense. Goods found faulty after 30 days will be repaired subject to manufacturers policy.

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 24 hours* following the day the goods are delivered. * 24 hours are other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

In all cases, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.


IMPORTANT
Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we would gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.


SALES TAX
For international destinations orders, we do not collect sales tax. It is the customers’ responsibilities to settle tax payments.


EXCHANGE

- Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement/ exchange within 7 days of receipt.  
- We require you to e-mail us for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement.
- We will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges.
